For one day courses and events where deposits and partial payment initial fees are accepted these are non-refundable except in the case where we cancel (these cancellations will be refunded).

If exceptional circumstances apply, and you will not be able to attend a place on an alternate date or equivalent event, please contact us as soon as possible before the event with full details of the circumstances and we will get in touch with you to discuss what help we can offer on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to customers. This will be in accordance with our policies subject to the discretion of the event manager or their supervisor.
